About toilet reparation cost relegated to the municipal police force: As understood from the annotation by the municipal engineer, entrance to and exit from the petitioner’s house is obstructed since the toilet specified in the petition is really extremely dilapidated and there is a need for 320 piasters as respected current akçe for the reparation of the toilet. Eight families reside at the place where the toilet is located. When the cost of the toilet reparation is distributed among these eight families, 40 piasters fall to each of them. For the delivery of this money to our council, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 29th of Mârt (1)315 (10th of April 1899).
