As seen in the herewith presented two registers, the said contractor claims that he gave 1,312.2 piasters and 521 piasters without certification, i.e., 1,853.2 piasters to various neighborhoods and some officials and that he decorated some neighborhood at a cost of 210 piasters in accordance with the contract he had done. As stated in the previous decision, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to take necessary action in respect thereof.
