As written in the herewith presented register, it is hereby stated that the said watcher sergeants who are old and commit misconducts, i.e., the persons named Hacı Salih Al Magribi, Mehmet Takız (?) and Mesud Al Nablusi are pensioned off, the persons named Salih Kemal, Abdussamed Kutayne and Musa Suheda are assigned instead and that after the removal of old and unqualified watcher sergeants, 26 watchers are appointed. The 29th of Mârt (1)315 (10th of April 1899).
