In accordance with the report presented by the municipal inspector dated on the 24th of Mârt (1)315 under the [file] number nine, it has been decided on the council level to inform all the vegetable vendors and to remind them not to put stands in front of their stores. Whoever breaks [the above regulations] will be penalized. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 25th of Mârt (1)315 (6th of April 1899).
