Upon the letter, dated 28 February 1910 and numbered 103 public 528 special, sent from the Education Directorate, regarding the reparation of the current mosque in the village of Silvan and having a showcase made in the museum
The estimated expenses for the said mosque and showcase have been put on Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it has been decided that, in accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction procedures and rules, the mosque be repaired by Hamid Niba under the guarantee of İsa İbrahim Kasisiyye (?) at a rate of 9,900 piasters as respected current akçe, and that the showcase be made by Tusa Cirbis al-Şir (?) under the guarantee of Musa Küttab at a rate of 725 piasters as respected current akçe. And this is presented for taking due action in respect thereof. The 17th of Mârt (1)326 (30th of March 1910).
