Silvan karyesinde mevcûd cami’nin ta’miri ve müzehânede camekân bir dolab yaptırılması hakkında Maarif Müdüriyyeti’nin fi 15 Şubat sene 325 tarih ve 103 umumi 528 hususi numerolu takrîri üzerine
Mezkûr cami’-i şerif ile camekânlar için tahmîn kılınan masârif münâkasaya tarh edilerek ba’d-keff-ül-rağbat mütekaddim münâkasa kaideleri mûcibince cami’-i şerif-i mezkûrun masârifi geçer akçe olarak 9.900 guruşda ve İsa İbrahim Kasisiyye (?) kefâletiyle Hamid Niba uhdesinde ve camekânlar masârifi 725 guruşda ve Musa Küttab kefâletiyle Tusa Cirbis el-Şir (?) ûhdesinde takarrür etmiş olmağla icrây-ı muktezâsı zımmında takdîm kılındı. Fi 17 Mart sene 326.
