Davud ibn-i Ahmed i-Kerşani / Sergeant Hafız ibn-i Musa
A petition has been presented by the above-mentioned Davud ibn-i Ahmed i-Kerşani and Sergeant Hafız ibn-i Musa. In the marginal note given by the municipal doctors following this petition, it is stated that these persons are not suited to being sergeants as they are weak-bodied; however, it has been considered appropriate that they be appointed as artilleryman as they have skills in this regard. Hence, this decision has been taken to confirm that they have thus been appointed at a salary of 250 piasters as of the twentieth day of this month. The 17th of Mârt (1)326 (30th of March 1910).
