It has been decided on the council level to rent the above written stores with the knowledge of one of us, the respectable (makrimatlû) al-Hâj Bakr Effendi for the a period of one year starting at the first of Muharram (1)317 for the amount of sixty six golden French Liras. The [above] mentioned amount has already been deposited fully in the council treasury. And in order for this to be approved, this decision was made on the 15th of Huzayrân (1)315 (27th of June 1899).
