Drawing on the decision of the health commission to make carts for garbage transport from Bâb al-Wâd to the slaughterhouse, it has been agreed with the director of the Israelite School (The Alliance) to furnish these carts for the amount of twenty golden French Liras. And in order for this to be approved and to conclude the contract, this decision was made on the 14th of Huzayrân (1)315 (26th of June 1899).
