In the petition given by Sukru Nasasibi Effendi, the multazim of this year’s tax of the macadam going from Jerusalem to Jaffa, it was stated that he relinquished his Request to deploy a guard in the region known as Tel-Aris and al-Basa and that he consented to the previous conditions of the iltizam of the said tax. In the postscript of the auction bill, necessary transactions have been conducted; moreover, a change has been made in the specifications and the dispute has been settled. It is necessary to notify with a decree the Kaymakamlık of the kaza of Jaffa that the local administration help and provide convenience to the said multazim within the frame of the previous rules of the iltizam of this tax, which is designated for the administration of the Jerusalem Municipal Hospital.
