In view of his seniority, assiduousness and diligence in his duty, it has been decided that Selim Murad’s salary be increased to 300 piasters. As the need has arised, it has also been decided that Musa Al Shabani, Abdulkadir Dervish and Cevdet Al Hac Muhammed Server, all of whom have been considered appropriate for the post in question, be assigned as sergeants on a salary of 300 piasters. It has been decided that Selim Murad and Musa Al Shabani start to work as of April; that the salary of Abdulkadir be paid as of April 3; and that of Cevdet as of 15 April 1917. The 16th of Nîsân (1)333 (16th of April 1917).
