Upon the Central Police Department’s letter dated 18 April 1917 and numbered 231/20
Barley= 1 kilo, only 8.1 piasters
Straw= 1 kilo, only 1 piasters
It has been reported that the barley and straw prices in January and February of last year was determined by the municipal council as shown above, and it has been decided that this letter be sent back to the Central Police Department. The 19th of Nîsân (1)333 (19th of April 1917).
