The livestock sale tax, equally pertaining to the state and the municipal funds, was put to auction to the account of the year 1315 (1899-1900), and after the completion of bidding, it was decided that the tender be submitted to Hafız Emin Al Asali at a rate of 10,500 piasters. With the finalization of the decision, the result was put up and the legal period expired. For the approval of the decision, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 30th of Mârt (1)315 (11th of April 1899).
