It has been stated that no price could be set for the rare and off-season provisions mentioned in this letter and the enclosed list, that the officially fixed prices of provisions be determined based on the current market rate in the town and accordingly filled out in line with their types; and it has been decided that an official report be additionally drawn up and presented to the office of mutasarrifate.
