Upon the letter, dated 14 December 1905 and numbered 33, by the Prisonhouse Directorate, regarding the reparation of the roof of some rooms in the prisonhouse
The roofs of the said rooms have been inspected and it has been understood from the inspection registers of the inspection officials that their reparation requires 768.25 piasters as respected current akçe, and that this reparation must be done by Şahâbizâdes Al Şeyh Mahmud Effendi and Muhiddin Effendi. As regards summoning the said two people and having them make the reparation, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 17th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (30th of December 1905).
