The bill given on 16 December 1905 by the Treasury Accounting regarding the Dutch auction of wood necessary for the Ottoman Government in winter
The said wood was put on Dutch auction and it was decided that each kantar be undertaken by Şeyh Atıf Al Dis (?) under the guarantee of Musa Bizbizt (?) Effendi at a rate of 50 piasters as respected current akçe. As the cost of wood is higher than ever before, no one has showed up to offer a lesser cost. The 17th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (30th of December 1905).
