Upon the letter, dated 13 December 1905 and numbered 94, by the Education Directorate, regarding the Dutch auction of 2,800 piasters, which is the estimated cost of reparation of the office of Hazret-i Garir (?)
The cost of the said reparation was put on Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that the work be undertaken by Muallim Hamid Al Niba (?) for 2,700 piasters at a rate of 20 piasters per Silver Mejidie as specified in the Dutch auction bill. The 17th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (30th of December 1905).
