Upon the Bethlehem Directorate Office’s letter dated 24 November 1908 and numbered 110
There is no legal permission for subjecting to license such people doing business at home and so they are not required to receive a license. Hence, it is appropriate to notify in reply that it shall be necessary to give the said license only to people to do business in theatre and coffehouses. The 19th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (2nd of December 1908).
