Problems are created by some people in the payment of the cleaning and lighting allocation pertaining to places outside the city. Thus, for taking due action in collecting the said allocation, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues to ensure that the documents concerning this matter be brought also to our council, in accordance with the 40. article of the Municipal Councils Regulation, before the sale and transfer transactions of this real estate are carried out. The 19th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (2nd of December 1908).
