There is a necessity also to pay a building tax for the boxes of tobacco and snuff coming to the Reji Administration in Jerusalem. However, efforts are made to give excuses to not pay the tax and thus far, there is a debt of 1,093 piasters. For the payment of this tax, it is necessary to send a decree to the Directorate of the Reji Administration. The 10th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)310 (22nd of November 1894).
