Given the necessity to dig a second water cistern in === ?? the municipality, its construction is proposed for Dutch auction. And in agreement with the applicants, its amount has been determined at the level of eighteen thousand piasters according to the official currency (sâfî al-mîrî). This Dutch auction will remain [open] for three days starting at the date below. So, everyone who is interested should contact the municipal council within the [above-] mentioned period in order to tender according to the rules. In order for this to be known, these directions were announced on the 9th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)310 (21st of November 1894).
