We announce after the end of tax farming period for the taxes of carriages dedicated to get residents to their homes that they are proposed once again for public bid for the first of Rajab (1)312. And in agreement with the bidders, they have been decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of sixty thousand piasters according to the official currency. Accordingly, it was concluded that these public bids should be hung up for eleven working days starting at the date below. So everyone who is interested [in the public bid] should contact the municipal council within the period mentioned to offer higher bid in accordance with the rules==??. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 27th of Shubât (1)311 (10th of March 1896).
