The pond water located within the Me’menullah cemetery and owned by the waqf, which is extremely necessary for the sprinkling of macadam roads, used to be rented out by the municipality at a rate of 5000 piasters in the past years. However, as a result of the consultation made to the gentleman who is the Waqfs’ Director, it has been decided that the said pond water be rented out this time at a rate of 3600 piasters. The 24th of Nîsân (1)333 (24th of April 1917).
