Şose yollarının sulanması için eşedd-i lüzûmi olan Me’meullah kabristanı dâhilinde vâki ve cihet-i vakfa aid havuz suyunun sinin-i sabıkada 5000 guruş bedelde belediye namına isticâr edilegelmekte ise de bu kere Evkaf müdürü olan beyle olunan müracaat neticesinde mezkûr havuz suyunun 3600 guruş bedel mukâbilinde isticârı karargir oldu.
