Upon the report given and submitted on 19 April 1917 by the Jerusalem Disinfection Platoon Commander and the municipal sergeant Bekri Efendi to the Health Directorate
The fact that the persons named Yusuf Yur (?), İbrahim Musa Güldürin (?), and his brother Sehil (?) dared to sell inedible fish is regarded as contrary to law and hygiene. Thus, it has been decided that each of these persons served with a fine of 100 piasters, i.e., 300 piasters in total. The 23rd of Nîsân (1)333 (23rd of April 1917).
