The assistant pharmacist, Yûsuf Effendi Al A‘zûdî, wishes to travel to Egypt, so he has resigned from his job. The council has decided to appoint Sarkîs Effendi who was found to be competent to occupy this job, starting on next Monday, the 6th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321 with a monthly salary of 270 piasters according to the official currency. In order to clarify the roles of the two, meaning the predecessor and the successor, and to organize two copies of the pharmacy’s assets and approve them, this decision was issued on the 7th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321 (20th of November 1905).
