According to the report presented by the municipal inspector Effendi, dated on the 24th of Tishrîn Awwal, it became evident that dirty water from Shaykh Badr Al Danaf house, which is located in Mahallat Allah was seeping into the public road. If the dirty water stays on the road, it will be hazardous to public health. Besides, it flows on the road leading to al Haram al Sharîf. For all these reasons, it needs to be connected to sewage system. The cost of transferring this water to the public sewer is estimated at 290 piasters to be paid in installments. Since the issuing of the report nothing has been done, so it was decided to carry out the necessary repairs from the municipal treasury with the knowledge of engineer Ibrâhîm Effendi. If any funds can be collected by the nominated, they will be registered in the revenues. Accordingly, this decision was issued on the 10th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321 (23rd of November 1905).
