Requests for [monthly] aid from truly needy people have multiplied. Therefore it has been decided by the council to examine? [the needs of] people to whom salaries were previously assigned with the knowledge of the respectable Yâsîn Effendi and Bakr Effendi al-Nashâshîbî. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 31st of Mârt (1)315 (12th of April 1899).
