According to the content of the report given by the Assistant Engineer on 15 April 1917, the cleaning expense of the sewage located in the road belonging to the Waqf of Dar-ı Katniye and Dar-Ataullah Al Halidi is at the point of 347 piasters. Due to the gravity and urgency of the matter, it has been decided that the said money, until paid by the owners, be covered from the pavement and sewage allowance under the supervision of the said engineer on the condition of repayment. The 23rd of Nîsân (1)333 (23rd of April 1917).
