Mühendis muavini Anton Efendi tarafından verilen fi 15 Nisan sene 1333 tarihli raporun mündericına nazaran Dar-ı Katniye ve Dar-ı Ataullah El Halidi vakfına aid sokak içindeki lağımın tathiri masrafı 347 guruş raddesinde olduğu gösterilmiş ve işin ehemmiyet ve müsta’ciliyetine binâen meblağ-ı mezbûrun ashabı tarafından tahsil ve tesviye oluncaya kadar mühendis-i mumâ-ileyhin nezâret-i tahtında olarak ta’viz sûretiyle bunun kaldırım ve lağım tertibinden olmak üzere sarf ve teviyesi karargir oldu. Fi 23 Nisan sene 333.
