According the report dated on the 26th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)321, presented by Gendarmes commandant, the place allocated to prisoners in the municipal hospital, and in which they dug a hole, needs to be repaired. The location has been inspected with the knowledge of the municipal engineer, Ibrâhîm Effendi. Based on the inspection, dated on the 3rd of Kânûn Awwal (1)321, we understood that the estimated cost of repairing the place is 240 piasters to be paid in installments. Since the aforementioned repairs are important, the council has decided to have them be carried out by the municipality, with the knowledge of one of us, Andûnî Effendi and the engineer to whom the issue was recommended. In order to obtain an approval and pay the defined sum from the council’s treasury, this decision was issued on the 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (27th of December 1905).
