It has been understood from a report dated on the 12th of Kânûn Thânî (1)325, from the municipality’s doctor, that it is necessary to appoint the smallpox deputy commissioner Abram Eva to the village of Jericho to immunize people there against smallpox. Accordingly, the council has decided to approve the appointment and the decision was taken on the 12th of Kânûn Thânî (1)325 (25th of January 1910).
