It has been understood from the notes coming from the presidency of military supplies, that the ice contractor, Khawâja Hannâ needs water to make ice to offer it to patients in military hospitals for a certain price. At the time he was licensed to take a sum of the value of 150 tanks of the water in the pool of Maman Allah, and pay a sum of 25 piasters for each tank, and register the value in the regular returns. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 28th of the month (28th of June 1917).
