Mal ve belediyye sandıklarına münâsefeten aid olan nefs-i Kudüs bâc-ı hayvan ve zebhiyye rüsûmu 1312 senesine mahsûben müzâyedeye tarh edilerek ba’d-keff-ül-rağbat zebhiyye rüsûmu 39.100 guruş ve bâc-ı hayvân rüsûmu 20.000 guruş bedelât ile takarrar etmiş ve bedelât-ı mezkûre bedelât-ı sâbıkadan ziyâde bulunmuş olduğundan ifâ-yı mu’âmele-i nizâmiyesi zımmında meclis-i idâre-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında.
