Since a deal was made with the carrier named Hacı Abdulmunim for the transportation of the said gas tins and boxes to Hebron and the fee was specified at 60 piasters as respected current akçe, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the branch of the Agricultural Bank and the municipal police force for the expenditure of this sum and the escort of a cavalry. The 23rd of Mârt (1)315 (4th of April 1899).
