On the decree, dated 16 February 1899 and numbered 192, by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regarding the necessity of sending the smallpox vaccine statistics once every three months
It was understood from the circular written in the front face of the said statistical table that it is the duty of the vaccinator official and the Sanjak Administrative Council to draw up the statistical tables of smallpox vaccine once every three months and to send them to the Directorate of Imperial Military Schools. In order to enjoin the vaccinator official in Gaza that it is necessary to urgently draw up these tables and to present them to the Sanjak Administrative Council, it is appropriate to report the matter to the Kaymakamlık of Gaza with a written decree. The 22nd of Mârt (1)315 (3rd of April 1899).
