Decision of public bid amount: In accordance with the herewith presented survey and Dutch auction documents of the said mosque, the reparation cost was opened to Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that the reparation work be submitted to Said Kudvere (?) through the guarantee of İbrahim Huram (*) and Al Hac Hamdulniba (?) at a rate of 1,900 piasters as respected current akçe. The 9th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)310 (21st of November 1894).
