Upon the petition given on 17 March 1909 by Cirbis İbrahim Al Kaisin (?), the multazim of the bushel and market land tax of Bethlehem in 1324 (1908-1909). This petition has been examined by our council. Although the said 2,725 piasters were erstwhile collected through assets, it is natural that it must be offset from this collection. For examining the situation by the vill council in the presence of the mayor and the petitioners and taking due action in respect thereof in accordance with the resultant situation, it is appropriate to notify the matter to the Bethlehem Directorate. The 7th of Mârt (1)325 (20th of March 1909).
