Upon the marginal note, dated 2 January 1907 and numbered 185, by the Waqfs’ Accounting and a petition by Ali Al Cema’i (?) Effendi, regarding the Dutch auction of the estimated costs of the wall of a room located in Harem-i Şerif as it was found to be about to collapse
The said room was inspected and the estimated reparation costs were put on Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding for the said reparation, it was decided, in accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, that the work be provided for 560 piasters at the rate of dâric-i bender by Yakup İshak Al Ermeni under the guarantee of İlyas Mülük. The 8th of Shubât (1)322 (21st of February 1907).
