Hamidiye karye-i seniyesinde müceddeden inşâ olunacak maa mekteb cami’-i şerifin masârif-i inşâsı için takarrar eden 24.300 guruş bedel mû’tedil bulunmuş ve Eriha’daki kantaranın (köprünün) masârif-i ta’miriyesi münaksaya münâkasaya konularak deruhte edecek Ragıp zuhûr etmemiş ve bunun için de melfûf keşifnâmede vaz’ kılınan masârifin miktarı mû’tedil ve hadd-i lâyıkında bulunduğu belediye mühendisi ifâdesinden anlaşılmış olmağla ol babda emr ü ferman hazret-i menlehü’l-emrindir. Fi 15 Şubat sene 320.
