Upon the decree, dated 3 November 1898 and numbered 51, sent by the Ministry of Finance, regarding the salt silo
It is known by everyone that the silo building demolished for road expansion was quite old and about to collapse. As a matter of fact, this wreckage is not profitable and the land of the said silo is 64 zirâ’ in measure. The estimated cost of 4,000 piasters has been found to be at a moderate degree in consideration of its location, and it has been understood that it is not sufficiently large enough to accommodate the buildings to be rented annually for 80 to 100 liras. The 19th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (1st of December 1898).
