Although, as stated in the decision taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council, bell jars would be needed during the planned installation of bell jars outside the city outside the city and other small bell jars and Ottoman sanjaks will be used for the decoration of the city in official days, their preservation and the sale of remnant German ensigns would be more appropriate. However, since it has been understood that they could not be sold even for a one-fifth of the money expended for their manufacture, it has been considered convenient that they be preserved to be used with other Ottoman sanjaks when needed.
