The person named Nikola Abdini, a subject of the Ottoman Empire, rented a shop from the municipal council; however, he did not pay 4 French liras, which is a part of the rental price. Since there are many people who want to rent the said shop, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the police department in order to arrest the said person by means of officials and the muhtar and to turn him over to the municipality. The 23rd of Mârt (1)315 (4th of April 1899).
