A telegram has been sent to the governor in Istanbul about the carriage road fees taken for financing the municipal hospital expenditures. Therefore, the council has decided to pay a fee for the above-mentioned telegram from the municipality’s treasury, on condition that the Telegraph Directorate is notified of this. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 28th of Agustos (1)324 (10th of September 1908).
