As the birthday of the great Sultan is approaching, the council has decided to appoint one of us, the respectable Nâji Effendi, Haj Sa’id Effendi and the respectable 'Atâ Effendi al-Khâlidi, to take care of the decorations of the government departments as usual. In order to pay the money for the recommended people from the council’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 26th of Agustos (1)324 (8th of September 1908).
