It has been necessary to conduct inspections on all shops, hotels, coffee shops and other properties that are found inside and outside the town to collect the fees of weights and signs. Given the current situation, it has been decided to collect fees for signs according to previous years, and the same applies for weights, which will be collected according to the new municipality’s law. Therefore, it has been decided to conduct inspections and collect these fees with the knowledge of the second clerk, ‘Abdul-Qâdir Effendi and give him 10 percent of the collection values for the use of his beast. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 4th of Huzayrân (1)333 (4th of June 1917).
