It has been understood from the report dated on the 6th of Kânûn Thânî (1)325, presented to the police by the assistant commissioner of the hospital, that keeping lanterns turned off outside the city while the moon is full does not enable the patrol men to tour. Accordingly, the council has decided to notify the lighting commissioner to turn on the lanterns during the mentioned nights. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 9th of Kânûn Thânî (1)325 (22nd of January 1910).
