The council has decided to rent the third store of the ten stores beneath the Municipal Hotel, the residence of khawajâh Fast, to the tenant Najûr Mihwâd al-Mûsawî for a period of one year starting at the first of Muharram (1)315 for an amount of twelve French Liras. Three Liras are to be paid in advance while nine Liras are to be paid in three fees for each fifteen days; namely, on the eight of Tammûz (1)315, the twenty fourth of Tammûz and the eight of August. Thus the rental agreement was written and kept. In order for this to be approved, this decision was organized and made on the 1st of Tammûz (1)315 (13th of July 1899).
