It has been decided by the council to rent the second store of the (municipal) garden’s stores to the respectable Shlomo Kaufmann the Askhenazi from Moscow, for a period of one year starting in the beginning of Muharram (1)312 until Dhî al hijja of that year, for an amount of seven and a half French liras. Three liras are to be paid upfront and the four and half within four months. In order to announce this, this decision was taken on the 28th of Huzayrân (1)310 (10th of July 1894).
