Since it has been understood that smallpox has broken out among the folk of the villages of the vill of Benî Zeyt subordinate to Jerusalem, Hüseyin Effendi, the vaccination official, has to be sent to the said vill. As regards escorting him with a municipal police, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force. The 3rd of Mayîs (1)314 (15th of May 1898).
